Our relationship with the talent we manage is based on honesty, integrity and clear communication. When bringing on new talent we take our time to be certain we’re on the same page. We need to know that our goals are aligned. It’s important that the talent understands what is expected of them and what to expect from us. It’s our intention to be very aggressive in pitching our clients, but to be as aggressive as we like we need relentless dedication from anyone we represent.
